• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple loan files and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end loan applications from submission to settlement.
• Lodge applications with lenders and conduct servicing calculations.
• Maintain compliant loan files and CRM records.
• Support brokers with client appointments and post-settlement follow-ups.
• Identify process improvements and mentor junior staff.
