Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
Experience supporting Australian mortgage brokers.
Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management.
Proficiency with ApplyOnline and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end broker support for Australian mortgage applications.
Conduct serviceability/affordability calculations across multiple lenders.
Prepare and review loan documents and application requirements.
Liaise with brokers, lenders, customers, solicitors, and valuers.
Submit and track applications through CRM systems and ApplyOnline.
Support applications through approval, settlement and post-settlement stages.
