Elevated Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Loan Processor / Credit Analyst based in the Philippines to support Australian mortgage brokers with end-to-end management of residential loan applications.

The role requires 3+ years of Australian mortgage processing experience, proficiency with MyCRM and serviceability calculators, and strong English communication. You will assess borrower's capacity, prepare submissions, and liaise with lenders to drive approvals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Australian mortgage processing.
• Experience assessing Australian residential loan applications.
• Hands-on with MyCRM and serviceability calculators.
• Strong knowledge of Australian lending policies.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage mortgage applications from submission to settlement.
• Review borrower financials and documentation.
• Conduct serviceability assessments using calculators.
• Assess borrowing capacity and liabilities.
• Prepare and package loan applications for lenders.
• Liaise with lenders, brokers, and credit assessors.
• Maintain records in MyCRM and update milestones.
• Ensure compliance with responsible lending requirements.
