Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a Senior Global HRIS Analyst (Workday) to lead reliable delivery, strong configuration quality, smooth releases and excellent operational support for our global HR community.

You will own Workday configuration across HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Learning and Recruiting, and partner with HR, Talent Acquisition and TECH to drive scalable, compliant solutions, data privacy and governance in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR Technology, HRIS or Workday configuration experience in a global or multi-country environment.
• Strong Workday HCM knowledge, configuration, testing, releasing and support experience.
• Experience with HR processes, data structures, security, compliance, data privacy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior hands-on Workday specialist across HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Learning or Recruiting, with responsibility for configuration, testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, release readiness and operational support.
• Own complex support topics and act as an escalation point for Global HRIS Analysts and stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable enhancements.
• Support compensation, talent and recruiting cycles, including data quality, adoption and post-cycle optimisation.
• Evaluate vendors and solutions to strengthen the HR tech framework, aligning with business and compliance needs.
• Support Workday releases, SOX activities, data privacy and security improvements.
• Own or support small to medium HR technology projects from design through deployment and handover, including documentation and training.
