Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a Senior Global HRIS Analyst (Workday) to lead hands-on Workday configuration, testing and release readiness for our global HR community. You will own complex topics across HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Learning or Recruiting and drive scalable, compliant solutions.

The role requires strong Workday expertise, data quality focus and experience in a multi-country environment. You will collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition and TECH to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS or Workday configuration in global environments.
• Strong Workday HCM knowledge; experience configuring, testing, releasing, and supporting solutions.
• Understanding of HR processes, data structures, security, compliance and governance; Workday security setup is a plus.
• Experience leading requirements, testing, deployment, adoption and handover for HR tech projects.
• Fluent English; comfortable with Excel and project/support tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior Workday specialist across HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Learning or Recruiting.
• Own complex topics and translate business requirements into scalable enhancements and process improvements.
• Support compensation, talent and recruiting cycles including data quality and post-cycle optimisation.
• Evaluate vendors and solutions to strengthen the HR technology framework with cross-functional partners.
• Support Workday releases, data privacy controls and security configuration; lead small to mid-size projects from design to handover.
