Job summary

Bacardi in Manila is seeking a Senior Global HRIS Analyst (Workday) to own configuration, testing, release readiness and operational support for our global HR community. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR Technology/HRIS/Workday configuration experience in a global or multi-country environment.
• Strong Workday HCM knowledge and experience configuring, testing, releasing and supporting solutions.
• Experience with Workday security configuration and data privacy/compliance considerations.
• Excellent analytical, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior Workday specialist across HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Learning or Recruiting.
• Own complex support topics and translate requirements into scalable enhancements and process improvements.
• Support compensation, talent and recruiting cycles, including data quality and post-cycle optimisation.
• Evaluate vendors/solutions for HR tech framework, aligning with compliance and user needs.
• Assist Workday releases, security configuration and continuous security improvements.
• Lead small to medium HR technology projects from design to deployment and handover.
