Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a Senior Global HRIS Analyst (Workday) to lead hands-on Workday configuration, testing and release readiness for our global HR community. The role emphasizes enterprise thinking, continuous improvement and measurable value.

You will own complex topics across HCM, Advanced Compensation and Talent, ensuring scalable, compliant solutions while driving adoption and process simplification in a multi-country environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR technology, HRIS or Workday configuration in global/multi-country settings.
• Strong Workday HCM knowledge; exposure to Advanced Compensation, Talent and Recruiting preferred.
• Hands-on security configuration and data governance experience.
• Fluency in English and good Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior Workday specialist across HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Learning or Recruiting, with responsibility for configuration, testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, release readiness and operational support.
• Own complex topics and translate requirements into scalable enhancements for global HRIS.
• Support compensation, talent and recruiting cycles, including adoption and post-cycle optimisation.
• Evaluate vendors and solutions to strengthen the HR technology framework in alignment with compliance and user needs.
• Support Workday releases, SOX activities, data privacy and security improvements.
• Own or support small to medium HR technology projects from design through deployment and handover, including documentation and training.
