Bacardi is seeking a hands-on Manager HR Solutions – Workday Talent Portfolio to lead the Talent technology landscape globally. You will own the Workday Talent module roadmap, balance local needs with enterprise priorities and drive adoption with measurable value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday professional with strong configuration skills.
• 5+ years in HRIS/Workday consulting or solution ownership.
• Ability to translate requirements into simple Workday solutions.

Responsabilités

• Act as product owner for Workday Talent solutions and shape the roadmap.
• Configure, test and support Workday functionality aligned to global needs.
• Partner with Talent, HR, Tech and regional stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Lead delivery from analysis to deployment with quality and UX focus.
• Ensure security, integrations, reporting and data privacy requirements are met.
