Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd, on behalf of a client in the SaaS sector, is hiring two Senior Finance Officers in a remote Philippines role. You will support day-to-day finance operations across accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, cash allocations and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate holds relevant accounting qualifications, at least two years AU bookkeeping experience, strong Xero and Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to work

Qualifications

• Relevant accounting or finance qualifications.
• At least two years of AU bookkeeping or finance experience.
• Experience supporting Australian or US businesses or clients.
• Strong Xero and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using ERP or financial management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices and customer billing/invoicing.
• Payments, expenses and banking; cash allocations.
• Collections, debtor management and reconciliations.
• Month-end reporting and accurate financial records.
