Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd, on behalf of a client in the SaaS sector, is hiring two Senior Finance Officers in a remote Philippines role. You will support day-to-day finance operations across accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, cash allocations and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate holds relevant accounting qualifications, at least two years AU bookkeeping experience, strong Xero and Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to work

We're Hiring: 2 x Senior Finance Officers

Remote | Full-time | Philippines

Handled is recruiting on behalf of a client operating in the SaaS sector. We are looking for two experienced Bookkeepers (Finance Officers) to support its growing global business, with operations across Australia, the UAE and the US.

The roles will support day-to-day finance operations across accounts payable and accounts receivable, including:

• Processing supplier invoices
• Customer billing and invoicing
• Payments, expenses and banking
• Collections and debtor management
• Revenue and subscription billing support
• Renewals and cash allocations
• Multi-currency transactions and receipts
• Bank, supplier and customer reconciliations
• Month-end reporting
• Maintaining accurate financial records

About you

Ideally, you will have:

• Relevant accounting or finance qualifications
• At least two years of AU bookkeeping or finance experience
• Experience supporting Australian or US businesses or clientsExperience working within or supporting a SaaS businessStrong Xero and Microsoft Excel skillsExperience using ERP or financial management systemsExcellent attention to detailClear written and verbal English communication skillsThe ability to work independently in a remote environment

  Experience working in a BPO or offshore environment would be highly regarded.
