Hammerjack is seeking a Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage weekly bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and compliance for a portfolio of 10–15 Australian clients. You’ll operate in a small, collaborative team with clear communication and reliable follow-through.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup with onsite days in the Philippines, supporting clients across Australia and beyond, using Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and Excel to keep records accurate and up to date.

Competenze

• 2+ years Australian bookkeeping experience, ideally within an advisory firm.
• Strong experience with bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.
• Xero proficiency with familiarity of MYOB/QuickBooks.
• High attention to detail and clear communication.

Mansioni

• Own the weekly books for ~10–15 clients across a varied portfolio.
• Enter invoices, code transactions, and manage AP/AR as required.
• Perform bank and GL reconciliations accurately and on time.
• Process payroll-related tasks and maintain supporting records.
• Assist with BAS and IAS preparation and related schedules.
• Provide bookkeeping support for tax work as needed.
• Maintain records across Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and Excel.
