Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Finance and Operations Specialist for a part-time, remote role. You will own day-to-day bookkeeping across agency services and e-commerce brand operations, manage multi-entity reconciliations, and improve billing and quoting processes to reduce bottlenecks.

You will handle AR/AP, supplier payments, and payroll processing, produce monthly and quarterly financial statements, and support leadership with reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on bookkeeping/accounting in an agency or eCommerce environment.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online; familiar with Finaloop.
• Experience in full-cycle AR/AP and international payroll processing.
• Understanding of multi-entity accounting and eCommerce revenue structures (Amazon, Shopify).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping across agency and e‑commerce operations.
• Streamline client quoting, invoicing, and AR collections.
• Oversee AP and reconciliations (bank, credit card, inventory).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Provide general admin support and grow role scope.
• Identify pricing efficiencies and process improvements.
