1840 & Company is seeking dedicated customer service professionals for a remote offshore role in Minglanilla, Cebu, Philippines. The position offers evening and weekend EST-aligned shifts, with duties spanning phone, email, and chat support, documentation in CRM, and collaboration with the team to meet service goals.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with HIPAA compliance.

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using CRM systems, web-based applications, and data entry tools.
Availability to work evening and weekend shifts aligned with EST hours.

Ability to successfully complete HIPAA certification and compliance training.
