Job summary

Alphanumeric Systems is hiring a remote English-speaking Customer Care Specialist to support leading pharmaceutical clients from the Philippines. You will handle patient and healthcare professional inquiries across calls, chats, and emails with empathy, ensuring accurate, timely responses within a high-volume center.

The role emphasizes identifying adverse events and product quality concerns, triaging to the appropriate teams, and maintaining meticulous CRM notes.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in English.
• Minimum 2 years in pharma/biotech call centers or medical/commercial settings.
• Experience with pharmaceutical products in a call center preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Vonage preferred.
• Previous contact center experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Responds to general inbound calls, chats and emails from patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders with empathy and professionalism.
• Answers general inquiries from Consumers and Health Care Providers.
• Navigate and assist users across sites to provide prompt, complete service.
• Identify and report potential Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs).
• Document case notes in the CRM system.
• Contract support and act as the client liaison.
