Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service or healthcare support.
• Basic understanding of medical billing and insurance claims.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Typing speed of 40 WPM or faster.
• Must maintain confidentiality of information.
• Open to consultancy contract minimum of 6 months.
• Work from home with reliable internet and backup connection.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls from patient, healthcare customers and service providers.
• Deliver accurate information and support regarding healthcare policies and procedures.
• Address patient concerns, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
• Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
• Adhere to HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex matters efficiently.
