Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Xero bookkeeping

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping tasks using Xero, ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date
• Process payroll-related tasks and maintain payroll records
• Prepare and post month-end adjustments and journal entries
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Review and clean up financial data within accounting systems
• Assist with maintaining organised client records and documentation
• Prepare and send documents for client signatures and approvals
• Support general accounting practice administration tasks as required
• Assist with improving bookkeeping processes and maintaining data accuracy
