Hunt St, based in the Philippines, is seeking a capable bookkeeper to support Australian clients as an independent contractor. You will handle accurate accounts processing, payroll (including STP), BAS/IAS prep, and timely reporting from a 100% remote setup.

You’ll set up Xero files, maximise use of HubDoc and DEXT, and collaborate with the Client Manager to meet deadlines. The role rewards attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple client priorities independently.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in management reporting and analysis.
• Bookkeeping for small to medium businesses, preferably Australian clients.
• Ability to handle multiple clients with shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; proficient MS Office use.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely delivery of client work within the agreed scope.
• Communicate with Manager if timelines cannot be met.
• Maintain accurate and timely client processes and records.
• BAS Agent compliance obligations are fulfilled efficiently.
• Provide feedback on Xero process improvements for clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash flow and cost savings for clients.
• Set up Xero files per client requirements and maintain them.
