Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in QuickBooks Online.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry.
• Support monthly close processes and deliver clean financials on schedule.
• Perform AR/AP tasks incl. aging, invoicing, and payments.
• Monitor inventory/COGS and assist with profitability tracking.
