Job summary

RemoteVA PH seeks an experienced Bookkeeper & Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage daily bookkeeping, e-commerce payment reconciliation, customer accounts, and collections remotely. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required, with Cin7 training provided. Familiarity with Shopify and Amazon payments is a plus.

Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential. Ideal candidates will handle day-to-day transactions, perform reconciliations, and support financial reporting

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping, AR, and collections.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
• Understanding of invoices, payments, reconciliations, and customer accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online.
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, invoices, and payments.
• Perform bank and financial account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor Shopify and Amazon billing and payments, verify receipts, reconcile, and post payments.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and payment tracking.
• Review customer accounts and ensure balances are accurate.
• Assist with financial reports and other bookkeeping tasks.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and overdue customer accounts.
• Follow up with customers by phone and email regarding unpaid balances.
• Make professional collection calls and request payment.
• Answer billing questions and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications.
• Escalate long-overdue or difficult accounts when necessary.
