MSPbots is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Media Focused) to lead paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms. This hands-on role targets efficient pipeline growth for a technical B2B SaaS product aimed at MSPs and IT teams.

Work setup is remote for Philippine-based candidates, with a night shift 6:00 PM–3:00 AM Philippine time. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B tech environment.
• Hands-on paid media experience across Google and LinkedIn; other B2B platforms are a plus.
• Strong website optimization and CRO familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across major platforms.
• Test and iterate on ad creative, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Collaborate on launches, enablement, and lifecycle campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Track performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
