Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a Strategic Performance Strategist (Demand Gen) to lead paid media for B2B technology, SaaS, and fintech clients. You will design strategies, run campaigns in ad platforms, analyze data, and communicate results to U.S. stakeholders.

You will manage multiple client accounts, grow pipeline, and contribute to revenue by optimizing paid media and providing guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads.
• Experience in at least 2 of the 3 platforms required.
• Experience working with B2B SaaS, technology, or fintech clients.
• Experience managing paid media budgets of $100K+ per month preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel/Sheets/Looker Studio or similar.
• Good understanding of performance reporting, attribution, and full-funnel measurement.
• Strong English with excellent communication skills and ability to lead client conversations.
• Hands-on in platforms for campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid media strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Launch, optimize, and manage campaigns directly within the ad platforms.
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track KPIs such as CPL, CAC, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline, and revenue.
• Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategy discussions.
• Explain performance results and recommendations clearly to U.S. clients and stakeholders.
• Build media plans, pacing plans, and growth strategies for client accounts.
• Review and QA work completed by junior performance specialists.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and support to junior team members.
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 3–5 clients.
