Job summary

MicroSourcing in Metro Manila (Philippines) is seeking a Paid Search Analyst to implement and optimize PPC campaigns for multiple clients. The role is full-time with remote work options and requires strong data analysis to drive campaign performance.

You will monitor bids, budgets, and key metrics, provide ad copy suggestions, and collaborate with internal teams. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of SEM experience, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Google Ads and Analytics.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience managing SEM/Paid Search campaigns.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Experience with Google Analytics and Data Studio.
Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Google/Microsoft Ads certifications preferred.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute online paid search campaigns, including implementation, optimization, and analysis.
Monitor keyword bids, budget caps, impression share, quality score and other campaign metrics.
Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
Communicate optimizations and recommendations based on client reporting for major metrics.
Monitor dashboards and reporting tools; highlight key areas of client goals.
Collaborate with internal teams on campaign development, timelines, results, and optimizations.
Present campaign strategies, initiatives, and growth opportunities to clients in person and over the phone.
Prepare client-facing attribution reports using internal and third-party tools (e.g., Search Ads 360, Google Analytics).
