Job summary

Sourcefit is seeking a Senior Accountant to support finance, accounting, payroll, reporting, compliance, and administrative functions. The role requires independence, on-time delivery, and accuracy across MYOB and FileMaker systems.

The candidate will work Monday to Friday, with Philippine time schedule and holiday shutdowns observed. The position involves reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and handling tax and compliance tasks for Australian operations, with remote work and periodic site

Qualifications

• Senior-level accounting experience including managing deadlines independently.
• Strong working knowledge of MYOB; familiarity with FileMaker or similar systems is advantageous.
• Experience with Australian BAS, IAS, payroll tax, and payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank accounts and company credit cards regularly.
• Import invoices from FileMaker into MYOB and reconcile discrepancies between systems.
• Enter supplier purchases, invoices, reimbursements, and card transactions into MYOB files.
• Update receivables in MYOB with payments and maintain debtor/creditor records.
• Process daily credit card payments and issue receipts as needed.
• Prepare invoices from suppliers for scheduled payments and manage payables.
