OutsourcedIn is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, AP/AR, payroll, BAS & tax for an Australian client. The role requires at least five years of Australian accounting experience and hands-on MYOB proficiency.

This is a remote/work-from-home position. You will handle end-to-end accounting, payroll processing, tax compliance, and financial reporting while liaising with the Australian tax authority as needed.

• Excellent reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with MYOB and Australian payroll

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process supplier invoices, customer payments and expense claims.
• Prepare payment runs and monitor outstanding accounts.
• Perform bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Process Australian payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage PAYG withholding, leave entitlements and payroll reconciliations.
• Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS; reconcile GST and PAYG.
• Assist with tax returns and compliance work papers.
• Maintain general ledger and monthly financial statements.
• Support audits, budgeting and cash-flow forecasting.
