Job summary

LAdmins is seeking a Senior Accountant with strong accounts payable expertise to support our growing U.S. businesses. You’ll own the full accounting process end to end—from AP intake and payments in Bill.com to closing the books and preparing financial reports—working remotely from the Philippines with daily collaboration with the U.S.

team. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting, 4+ years of full cycle accounting, hands-on QuickBooks Online and Bill.com experience, and solid U.S.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience with a strong focus on accounts payable.
• Proven full cycle accounting experience from entry to financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
• Solid U.S. GAAP knowledge and month-end close best practices.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or outsourced accounting is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable management: AP cycle in Bill.com, invoicing, coding, approvals, and payments.
• Vendor & payment oversight: reconcile statements and manage payment schedules.
• Record to report: handle QuickBooks Online transactions, journal entries, accruals, and prepaids.
• Reconciliations & month end close: bank and balance sheet reconciliations; support close.
• Financial reporting: prepare statements and schedules; assist audits and tax prep.
• Process improvement: streamline AP and close workflows; strengthen controls.
