Job summary

LAdmins is seeking a Staff Accountant with a strong accounts payable focus to support a U.S.-based manufacturer of advanced X-ray inspection systems. This remote role is based in the Philippines and requires collaboration with the U.S.

team to keep AP processes accurate, timely, and auditable. You will own the day-to-day AP cycle, including PO matching, invoice processing, vendor payments, and month-end reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AP experience and full cycle accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP
• Knowledge of PO-based purchasing and 3-way matching
• Proactive and detail-oriented with fraud awareness

Responsibilities

• Process invoices; perform 2/3-way PO matching and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare weekly payments by check, ACH, and wire; manage domestic and international suppliers
• Maintain vendor records; verify banking/address changes and prevent fraud
• Reconcile vendor statements; follow up on past-due balances and maintain supplier relations
• Reconcile AP subledger to GL; assist month-end close and related accruals
• Prepare AP aging reports and assist audits and reviews
