Job summary

Rho Nutrition is hiring a Staff Accountant - Accounts Payable to join our US-based finance team from the Philippines. You will manage the full AP cycle, review invoices, code expenses, and liaise with vendors while working remotely with US colleagues.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of US GAAP experience, QuickBooks Online expertise, and strong month-end close and reconciliation skills. CPA preferred; ET hours required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience supporting US-based companies.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and US accounting practices.
• Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full AP cycle from invoice receipt through payment.
• Monitor and manage the AP inbox and vendor communications.
• Reconcile bank and employee expenses; ensure proper coding.
• Assist with month-end close and general accounting tasks.
• Prepare supporting schedules and assist with audits as needed.
