Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Senior Accountant (Revenue, Billing and AR) to manage daily accounting, billing, AR, and month-end close for US GAAP-compliant operations. The role supports financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

This position is remote with work-from-home setup in the Philippines. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with QuickBooks Online or Sage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years accounting experience supporting multiple accounting functions.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Experience with customer billing, AR, month-end close, reconciliations, AP, and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting US-based accounting operations preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations including billing, AR, and month-end close.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and internal controls.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations to improve processes.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations; support tax and compliance requests.
• Provide revenue analytics, budgeting support, and forecasting.
