Job summary

Dwell Vacation Rentals is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads and opportunities through outbound prospecting for vacation rental property owners, and to support Dwell’s U.S.-based Business Development teams via email, calls, texts, and meeting generation.

As part of the SDR team, you will document activity in the CRM, meet daily and weekly targets, and hand off qualified leads to the local market teams, contributing to pipeline growth and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer outreach preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating by email, phone, and text.
• Highly organized and able to consistently manage follow-up activity.
• Experience using a CRM or sales platform preferred.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound prospecting to prospective vacation rental property owners.
• Execute email campaigns and individual email outreach.
• Research and identify prospective property owners and other potential opportunities.
• Follow established outreach sequences and consistently follow up with prospects.
• Engage interested owners, gather basic information, and determine whether they are a qualified opportunity.
• Schedule meetings with local Business Development representatives when appropriate.
• Properly hand off qualified leads to the appropriate local market team.
• Accurately document all activity, leads, follow-up, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Meet established daily, weekly, and monthly activity and lead-generation goals.
• Provide feedback to the SDR Team Lead on prospect responses, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
