Job summary

SmartScale360 Careers is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to support a U.S.-based business from the Philippines. You’ll generate leads, handle high-volume outbound calls, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments while maintaining CRM records and meeting KPIs.

The role requires remote work, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond quickly to inquiries. Base salary is PHP 45,000 per month with commissions up to PHP 6,000 per closed deal, and growth

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, cold calling, lead generation, speed-to-lead, or appointment setting.
• Strong speed-to-lead practices and quick response to inquiries.
• High-energy, goal-oriented with a drive to meet targets.
• Experience using CRM platforms and tracking sales pipelines.
• Excellent verbal communication and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads via research, cold calling, and outbound outreach.
• Respond rapidly to inbound leads to maximize contact rates.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage prospects.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and other channels.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs and readiness.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
• Re-engage unresponsive leads and nurture prospects.
• Prepare and send quotes and follow up for responses.
• Handle objections confidently to maintain engagement.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls and outcomes.
• Track activities and KPIs to meet targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team on qualified leads.
