Job summary

The Linux Foundation is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Engagement Hub to act as the first point of contact for potential clients across membership, training, certification, and events sponsorship solutions. You will evaluate lead potential, qualify inbound and outbound inquiries, and hand off warm opportunities to sales colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate MQLs and provide warm handoffs within 1 hour of designation
• Maintain HubSpot and Salesforce records for contacts, clients, and lead disposition
• Qualify incoming sales calls and redirect inbound calls after pre-qualifying questions are answered
• Process purchases, memberships, and leads into CRM to generate sales orders
• Prepare sales reports for the team
• Assist with auditing sales reps' lead pipelines and ensure proper attribution
