Job summary

Addmore Services LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation for the Middle East AEC market. You will research target companies, perform outbound outreach, and connect with decision-makers to qualify prospects.

This role requires strong English communication, experience in SDR/BDR in AEC, and comfort with CRM tools. Remote work in a global team, with target-driven environment and regular meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven SDR/BDR experience in an AEC sales context.
• Experience selling to or prospecting within the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar) preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Comfort with CRM systems and digital sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential AEC clients and target companies across the Middle East.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, online research, and other channels.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold outreach to potential clients.
• Connect with decision-makers such as owners, directors, project managers, commercial managers, architects, contractors, and procurement teams.
• Introduce Addmore Services and explain our AEC outsourcing solutions.
• Qualify prospects based on business needs and outsourcing potential.
• Schedule qualified meetings and sales appointments for the team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to develop opportunities.
• Monitor AEC industry trends and market opportunities in the Middle East.
• Meet lead-generation and outreach targets.
