Peoplegig is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound sales for three NDIS provider clients. You will connect with referral partners, qualify prospects, and book meetings across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting experience.
• Proven cold calling and outbound prospecting capability.
• Track record of meeting sales or activity targets.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection.
• Familiarity with CRMs, LinkedIn, and email outreach tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
• Research and build prospect lists beyond the initial database.
• Tailor outreach based on each client’s services and target market.
• Qualify prospects and book meetings into client calendars.
• Maintain CRM records and manage follow-ups.
• Track activity, meetings booked, and pipeline reports.
• Manage outreach across three client accounts with strong organization.
