Huzzle is seeking a driven sales professional to join a global leader in outsourced sales acceleration. You will be the frontline growth engine for a high-growth SaaS client, engaging decision-makers in insurance and financial services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance or Financial Services industries.
• Experience in a B2B Sales Development (SDR) or Business Development (BDR) role.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Coachable, curious, and determined with professional affability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, averaging 50 targeted calls per day.
• Execute multi-channel outreach to identify and qualify opportunities within insurance and finance sectors.
• Articulate the value proposition of automation software to manual-heavy insurance organizations.
• Consistently achieve a monthly target of 10 qualified outbound opportunities.
• Maintain records and manage your pipeline within Salesforce.
• Participate in coaching sessions to refine sales technique using the company’s sales methodology.
