This is a remote, independent contractor engagement with strong career progression from SDR to BDR levels. Ideal candidates will have excellent English communication, a confident phone presence, and the discipline to meet daily activity targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to U.S.-based businesses
• Engage decision-makers in professional business conversations
• Identify qualified shipping and logistics opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
• Use sales tools including Pipedrive CRM and PhoneBurner dialer
• Meet and exceed daily KPIs and outbound activity targets
• Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to improve outreach performance
• Follow structured outreach scripts while adapting to conversations
