Z1 Tech is hiring a Sales Development Representative (Remote – Mexico) to fuel our North American sales team. The role centers on high-volume outbound prospecting, qualifying potential customers, and booking meetings for US-based Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of SDR or outbound sales experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Able to make 150+ outbound calls per day.

Responsibilities

• Make 150+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers across the United States.
• Prospect through phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify and engage business owners and key decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and fit.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the US sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth meeting handoffs.
• Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and call reviews.
• Consistently achieve activity and meeting-setting goals.
