owners and executives, focusing on high-volume prospecting and qualification of leads during U.S. business hours. You'll work directly with US leadership and a stable Florida-based firm, with performance-based compensation, annual bonuses, and clear paths to Senior SDR, Account Executive, or Team Lead roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct B2B outbound cold-calling targeting US decision-makers.
• Proven metric-driven performance with auditable results.
• Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls with strong communications.

Responsibilities

• Run focused outbound prospecting during U.S. business hours via calls, email, and social outreach.
• Engage executives to uncover hiring needs and secure next steps.
• Handle objections and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Document context, decision makers, and outcomes in CRM.
• Review performance with leadership to improve targeting and messaging.
