Somewhere is seeking a Sales Development Representative to convert inbound leads, manage multi-market scheduling, and grow recurring subscription revenue. You will handle phone, SMS, and email inquiries, manage bookings, and follow up with prospective clients to maximize monthly recurring revenue (MRR).

This remote role requires 2–5 years in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work aligned with U.S. business hours.

Formación

• 2–5 years of professional experience in phone sales, inside sales, lead conversion, sales support, or high-volume customer care.
• Proven outbound follow-up, lead pipeline management, and closing sales over the phone.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving with a calm, resourceful attitude when addressing issues.
• Self-motivation and initiative to drive results without constant supervision.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated remote workspace with a headset.
• Availability to work full-time hours aligned with U.S. business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Sell recurring cleaning plans to maximize MRR.
• Answer pricing, packages, service scopes, and scheduling questions.
• Follow up with leads not yet booked.
• Overcome objections with persuasive sales techniques.
• Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments across three U.S. markets.
• Optimize dispatch schedules for efficiency in Fieldd.
• Coordinate with field teams and clients on delays or requests.
• Maintain real-time schedule visibility to prevent double bookings.
• Track bookings, new recurring clients, and MRR metrics in Google Sheets.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Maintain customer records and logs in Quo and internal tools.
• Collaborate with leadership via Slack to report performance metrics.
