Job summary

Huzzle is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a fully remote role focused on outbound prospecting in the home services sector. You will engage business owners and decision-makers, identify needs, and book qualified meetings for the sales team.

You will work with a fast-paced, target-driven environment, using CRM tools to track progress and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. Remote work offers flexibility and growth into AE or closer roles.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles.
• Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills.
• Experience selling into home services or local businesses is a plus.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, SMS, email, and LinkedIn.
• Identify and research home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.).
• Qualify leads through discovery conversations.
• Book meetings and demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM tools and dashboards.
