Job summary

Wing Assistant is hiring a Sales Development Representative for a remote role with US working hours. The position focuses on building a robust lead pipeline, qualifying prospects, and coordinating demos while maintaining CRM data and collaborating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales experience, excellent English, and strong communication skills, with the ability to work graveyard shifts and handle multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certificate
• 1 year of sales experience with ability to meet quotas and manage customer relationships
• Excellent English communication, C1 level
• Strong phone, email and chat communication skills
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented
• Able to work a graveyard shift

Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to create a pipeline of leads
• Engage and build rapport with potential customers and assess fit
• Schedule sales demos and meetings
• Set up and manage a CRM or contact list
• Coordinate with internal teams on lead-gen efforts
• Set sales goals and report performance results
• Create, distribute and collect customer surveys and reports
• Handle customer inquiries as the first point of contact
• Perform ad hoc administrative tasks
