Job summary

Tendril is hiring a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for potential customers. You will make 400+ outbound calls weekly via phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify leads, and set qualified meetings with C-level executives.

You’ll work with experienced sales leaders in a fast-paced, remote environment and have a clear path to grow into an Account Executive or leadership role, with coaching and mentorship along the way.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience.
• Proven cold calling and objection-handling skills.
• Experience doing outbound and cold calling in English with US-based clients.
• Track record booking meetings with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Make 400+ outbound calls weekly via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Book qualified meetings with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Qualify inbound leads and uncover new business opportunities.
• Build genuine relationships with prospects and understand their needs.
• Partner closely with Sales Executives to build pipeline.
• Consistently hit and exceed activity and performance targets.
