FeldCare Connects is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to support timely patient care by monitoring initial evaluations and ensuring clinicians complete visits within 48 hours. The role liaises with clinicians and home health agencies to resolve delays and maintain care continuity.

The position offers full-time remote work with strong emphasis on communication, organization, and timely task management in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with EMR systems.
• Typing speed of approximately 50 words per minute.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare administration or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support timely patient care by monitoring initial evaluation visits.
• Run daily reports, track compliance and report barriers.
• Act as liaison between clinicians and home health agencies to address delays.
• Provide updates and document reasons for delays for transparency.
• Assist with patient outreach and appointment coordination when needed.
