You will balance client care, clinician capacity, and business priorities, maintain calendars in multiple time zones, and build efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, dispatch, or high-coordination scheduling.
• Enthusiasm for logistical puzzles, data-matching, and administrative challenges.
• Near-native English fluency with polished professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage diary allocations across a multi-region clinician network with a standard ratio.
• Implement an internal traffic-light system to match clients to clinicians by location and capacity.
• Structure complex daily diaries and coordinate onboarding for February cohorts.
• Review client files, verify funding blocks, and ensure accurate records and billing.
• Foster productive relationships with clinicians, managers, and global support staff.
