Qualifications

• Ability to prioritise tasks and allocate resources efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and record service requests accurately.
• Translate requests into scheduled work and allocate to technicians/subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules as priorities change.
• Provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure contractor compliance and documentation is up to date.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve scheduling issues.
