Qualifications

• Proven experience in Dispatch / Scheduling or a relevant role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot) is beneficial.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise technicians' field schedules to serve clients at their homes.
• Own a geographic region and act as the go-to for scheduling decisions.
• Solve scheduling challenges daily with strong prioritisation.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies while improving customer experience.
