Job summary

SCALABLE OS CORP. is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join an established Application Administration team. The role involves system administration, user support, business analysis, and development of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.

You will work with stakeholders to define requirements, deliver solutions, and drive productivity. The position requires strong Salesforce skills, attention to debt remediation, and the ability to work nights on a fully remote basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of Salesforce administration experience or equivalent.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and debugging skills.
Solid understanding of Salesforce workflows, automation, and data relationships.
Good working knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce.
Experience with technical debt remediation in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support Salesforce environment with 400+ users across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Create and maintain automation processes using Flows, approvals, and validation rules.
Provide end-user support and act as escalation point for Salesforce issues.
Gather requirements from business users and define system requirements.
Collaborate on Salesforce roadmap and platform improvements.
