Job summary
Teamified is seeking a talented Salesforce Admin to join our team. You will manage and maintain the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance and functionality, enabling seamless workflows for a growing global client base.
You will configure and customize Salesforce, build reports and dashboards, and work with stakeholders to deliver solutions. A strong focus on Lightning, Flow, and ongoing training will be essential to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the needs of the business.
- Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Develop and implement workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
- Provide training and support to end users as needed.
