Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or similar role.
- Experience supporting customer facing teams (Support, Sales Ops, Success, etc.).
- Familiarity with release management concepts.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the Salesforce environment, including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Manage and resolve support requests and configuration changes.
- Collaborate with IT counterparts and business stakeholders to validate requirements and specifications.
