Job summary

ScalableOS in the Philippines is seeking an energetic Salesforce Administrator to join an established Salesforce Application Administration team. You will support 400+ users across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, manage user maintenance, reports, dashboards, and implement automation with Flows and approval processes.

The role requires collaborating with business users to gather requirements, define system changes, and drive platform roadmap while staying aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce administration experience or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Solid understanding of workflows and data relationships.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders across levels.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes, delays, and unexpected events.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems promptly.
• Self-motivated and proactive with initiative to address issues independently.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of how technology aligns with business processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support a Salesforce environment for 400+ users across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Handle user maintenance (profiles, roles, permission sets), reports and dashboards, custom objects/fields, page layouts, record types, and deployments of change sets.
• Create and maintain automation using Flows, approval processes, and validation rules.
• Utilize business analysis skills to uncover root causes, gather detailed requirements, and identify process improvements via Salesforce.
• Serve as primary escalation point for end-user Salesforce support and coordinate with IT and IS teams.
• Prioritize enhancements and coordinate user acceptance testing for Salesforce projects.
• Collaborate with business teams to define and support the Salesforce roadmap, advocating best practices and scalability.
• Research and recommend new Salesforce tools and features to meet evolving business needs.
• Plan upgrades and seasonal releases while aligning with platform roadmap.
