SCALABLE OS CORP. is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join an established Application Administration team. The role involves system administration, user support, business analysis, and development of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
You will work with stakeholders to define requirements, deliver solutions, and drive productivity. The position requires strong Salesforce skills, attention to debt remediation, and the ability to work nights on a fully remote basis.
We are looking for an energetic Salesforce Administrator to join an established Salesforce Application Administration team. In this role, you will participate in a variety of activities including system administration, user support, project management, business analysis, and the development of evolving Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, define system requirements, and deliver solutions that align with organizational objectives. The Salesforce Administrator serves as a subject matter expert and internal consultant, providing both system administration and strategic guidance to drive productivity and operational success.
Maintain and support a Salesforce environment with 400+ users across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Perform administrative functions including user maintenance (profiles, roles, and permission sets), reports and dashboards, custom objects and fields, page layouts, record types, deployment of change sets, and other Salesforce administration tasks
Create and maintain automation processes using Flows, approval processes, and validation rules
Utilize business analysis skills to uncover root causes, gather detailed requirements from business users, and identify process improvement opportunities through Salesforce
Serve as the primary escalation point for end-user Salesforce support and platform administration, coordinating with Application Development, IT Operations, and Information Systems Support teams as needed
Participate in the prioritization of enhancements and user acceptance testing for Salesforce-related projects
Collaborate with business teams and leadership to define and support the Salesforce roadmap by advocating for platform best practices and scalability, promoting Salesforce features and capabilities that align with evolving business needs, and researching and recommending new tools and applications within the Salesforce ecosystem
Plan and prepare for upgrades and seasonal Salesforce releases while collaborating with teammates and business leaders on the platform roadmap
Record activities within the ticketing system, including documentation of support efforts, system changes, and customizations
Conduct end-user training and create documentation for new features, enhancements, and updates
Any Salesforce Administrator Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and debugging skills
Solid understanding of Salesforce workflows, automation, and data relationships
Good working knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce
Experience with Salesforce technical debt remediation, including identifying opportunities to clean up, optimize, and improve the existing Salesforce deployment
Ability to balance new Salesforce development and enhancements with ongoing maintenance, optimization, and technical-debt reduction
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization
Ability to assess the current Salesforce environment, identify areas for improvement, and proactively recommend solutions that improve scalability, maintainability, and overall system performance.
Must be willing to work fully remotely and on a night shift schedule.
Must be willing to work under an initial one-year fixed-term contract.
